"Communication from booking was great. Arrival instructions great. The house was lovely, everything you needed was there. First impressions clean, securely gated complex and quiet.This complex is brand new but sadly has the potential to go downhill very quickly. We stay in this area a lot and these were pretty much one of the best however the following small things need addresing before it becomes tatty, and that would be a shame. 1) security gate broken all week, never required pin once. "The hotel DOES NOT have a parking lot and it is extremely hard to park around. I drove for one hour trying to find a spot. Good thing it was just for one night so I was able to made it work somewhere else, but still I lost my money."

"Great stay, staff were polite and very helpful/accomodating. The location was perfect, in walking distance of supermarkets, places to eat out, the beach and transport. Very close to the local town also, the area felt safe. Only advise is to book parking in advance if you want it by the hotel and noise travels but is managable. Would defo stay again if I were to return to the area!"

"Fabulous hotel along with such happy staff. Food at the buffet is excellent, always plenty of choice....food & service at the A La Carte needs work !! Waiters not interested & food not as good as it should be. Pools are so good...very clean but the pools ides/tiled walkways are lethal...accidents everyday with people, kids & adults, slipping up....along with lots of cracked tiles which are like glass. I cut my foot on one but couldn't be bothered to complain....but there are far too many broken tiles along with all the tiles need to be changed to non-slip before there is a serious head injury !! Totally disagree with having to pay for entertainment in the theatre !!"
