"This is a duplex with 3 bedrooms. The location was very quiet but getting there was a little treacherous because the road was bumpy and gravel. However, I would stay again for sure. The duplex was clean. We ended up with 11 people total, and there was room for us all. There's a little sari sari nearby for essentials. It's about a 2 mile walk to karinderyas with good food. The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. Overall it was a great place."

The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). "The Villa had no hot water running in the bathrooms, the fridge is not cooling, which spoiled our food, and we noticed roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. We contacted the office management who came to check the unit and we also emailed the office manager. While we were moved to another unit in the area the next day, we encountered more issues. "Location was quiet and close to the city. The room had a beautiful view of Baguio However the unit needs improvement on cleanliness. It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. I didn’t like the mattress laid on the floor in the living room. I hope I didn’t offend you with my comments. Sorry"
