"Would have appreciated a full size ironing board instead of the mini one provided as I almost burned myself three times using it as it tipped over. A small fridge and alarm clock would have been useful as we had some pastries that needed to be kept cold along with some drinks. Otherwise, we had a very nice experience. Clean, quiet and affordable. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The valet service did a good job with my vehicle also. We will gladly return again."

"Our stay was amazing! Check-in and check-out each took less than a minute, making the entire process quick and seamless. The hotel was clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the staff was pleasant, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. One of the thoughtful touches we really appreciated was the complimentary infused water, coffee, and tea available in the lobby for guests. There were also several comfortable lounge areas where you could relax, meet with others, work, or watch...

"The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was ok but there was a thin hair or string in something I ate, and I took it out of my mouth with a napkin. I didn't expect this, so it was surprising. I don't know where it came from, but it wasn't from me."

"Hotel is nice, our room had things that were broken. Toilet did not flush. Shades would not close. The front desk charged me 2 times different prices for the same room. I’m still trying to get one charge credited back. Valet was terrible waited almost 30 min I. The front to get my car after handing valet my ticked then they didn’t request it to be brought out. So had to wait longer."

"Iy was a lovely stay. Nice room, great staff. The only thing I’d change is the shower handle because the spray is too strong and there is no way to make it come down more gently. Breakfast could have a couple of hot items to make it more appealing but as a continental choice is good enough. The atmosphere is great, lots of music fans as guests."

"Hotel was easy to find but parking is an issue if you don't reserve a spot but at $50 a day. There is a nearby enclosed parking place that is a few blocks away which we paid only $13 for overnight parking. Also, the desk clerk did not provide a clear picture of what the street parking restrictions were. Beyond that, the front desk was always helpful, positive and eager to answer questions. Given this was our first time in the Cambridge area, wasn't sure of how safe it was but we found no issues,...

"I love this hotel. The location, staff, and accommodations are the best in the city."

"Suites are very large and beds are comfortable. It’s a very quiet hotel but within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast is the typical hotel buffet. It’s a newer hotel and quite clean. Parking is $35/ day and super convenient."

"Pros- The staff are friendly. Convenient parking lot next to hotel (foley parking garage). They have a pantry where there are snacks and coffee available to hotel guests. The shower is very nice. Great location. Cons- Walls are thin and you can hear the guests next to you talking. Doors close very loudly and you can hear people going in and out of their rooms. Can’t attest to the other rooms but in my room on the second floor - a/c made screeching noise like a child screaming every time it...
