"The checkin was easy. Staff were very nice. It was odd no one was ever at the front desk, but then showed up. 2 floors but no elevator. No body wash dispenser in shower ( had shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers). The fridge and microwave in the room were old but functional. The alarm clock with outlets was broken and needed replaced. The outlet at the desk dislodged easily. Floor lamp fell apart when moving. The shades for the windows were pull chains and were difficult to use. The room just needed updating and some TLC. The paint job was Sloppy. However the beds were nice, sheets and towels were clean. Floor was clean. Continental breakfadt was just ok. The same thing both days. My suggestion is to have a place for a free snack center ( not a vending machine) with a water dispenser filled at all times. Could not even have any water at breakfast. It was oj, apple juice or coffee only. The tables rocked while eating and needed fixed. The whole place just needed some extra love. We parked out the back door and ended up being next to the employee smoke table and laundry exhaust. That was not fun either. Based on this experience, Quality Inn would not be our first choice. Would rather pay a little more per night if possible to have a better experience overall."
"Loved this small, cozy and quiet motel. Easy to get to and convenient to places in Watertown, NY. Owner is doing renovation to the motel but it does not affect the rooms he is renting out. Room and bathroom were clean and the king size bed extremely comfortable with quality linens. Price was very reasonable and will definitely stay there again on future trips"
"The hotel was very comfortable with good AC in the room and WIFI throughout.
You could tell that the hotel had seen better days, i.e dated lobby area, pool was broken and link to restaurant was no longer useable since Denny's was closed. The breakfast was very adequate, with some hot food and good waffle makers. The room was modern in some ways but the bathroom especially the toilet was not user friendly, too low to the ground for seniors."

"This was our 2nd year staying here for our girls weekend. We enjoy how easy and friendly the check in was. We were early but had no problem checking in. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and it was quiet. The pool was wonderful and breakfast hade a nice variety of. We will be back again!"
