Was able to be on the same floor as my family which was great. Staff really try to accommodate if possible. Room and areas were clean. Some rooms were updated and some are still going to get worked on. Quiet hours were abided for the most part but right at 8am be prepared because sometimes you could hear the vacuum be used next door.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very friendly when I told them that there was a homeless man in the parking lot. They ran outside, shooed them off and told us we could leave our car in the well lit area for the evening.
