We loved the staff; everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is amazingly quiet considering how close it is to the highway. Breakfast was delicious, and our dinner exceeded expectations. My only disappointment was our bathroom. The shower floor is very slippery when wet, obviously dangerous. And there were some long hairs (not ours) on the shower floor and in the one of the bath towels.

We checked in on 12/23 and checked out 12/27. During this time, we never received any housekeeping at all. There was a sign in the room that said they would replace our towels, refill the amenities, and empty the trash every other day. None of those things happened during our stay. That and the fact that the continental breakfast was not included without an additional fee were annoyances but other than that the room was clean when we arrived.

The carpet in the room was not worn down, bathroom was spotless. The elevator(both) were very clean. Ice machine was clean(I manage the dietary department in a skilled nursing facility, I look at everything).
