And the reception was open when I arrived at a late hour due to a transportation snafu. "Property was taken ideal for a 1 night stay Not the best neighborhood and no elevator if you’re on the 3rd floor but staff was great and carried our bags to the room and provided us with a map and suggestions on what to do and see"

"Wonderful old building that was well maintained. Central location close to cathedral and restaurants/ bars, although no view. Air conditioning great having travelled from Paris during the heatwave. Staff very helpful and friendly speaking very good English."

"Stayed in a prestige room and it was spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable although the mattress was on the slightly softer side. Tall ceilings on the first floor rooms. The pool was a little lack luster and on the small side but nice to have as an option. Small gym area equipped with all essentials. Valet parking worked smoothly. Staff is professional and friendly, we really found this property to be a true 5 star experience. We will stay here next time we’re in Bordeaux."

"Sehr nettes Personal, Frühstück prima. Das Hotel liegt zwischen Fernbusbahnhof (Flixbus) und Bahnhof. In die Innenstadt ist es etwas weiter. Die Zimmer sind funktional, die Klimaanlage funktioniert auch bei über 40 Grad draußen sehr gut."

Alle anderen möglichen deutschen Fernsehkanäle waren nicht eingestellt. In einem Executive Zimmer eine einzelne Ablagefläche von 40x40 cm. Kein Schrank. Keine Sideboard. Einfach gar nichts. Man konnte den Koffer einfach nicht auspacken und musste aus dem Koffer leben."
