"Our stay was a dream come true. The hotel facilities feel like staying in a museum, full of history and beauty. The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. "Room was clean, the staff was amazing, we have 3 kids, they had a little hard time adjusting to the altitude, we had arrived earlier but check-in was not till @12, Roger the manager and his stuff had problem letting us go to our room to rest, Julian was also amazing always helping us for breakfast and anything we needed it, love the place and the staff, definitely will be back, such a great experience!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Sierra Sacred Valley, it turned out to be the perfect choice to acclimatize to the high altitude. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, they were genuinely concerned about my altitude sickness (which wasn't that severe, but maybe I looked worse than I felt) and offered some remedies.
