"Gorgeous, clean, rather luxurious for a college town hotel. Impressive. Decent free breakfast spread, though not spectacular with breakfast wraps, fresh fruit, yogurt, hot oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, toast, breakfast pastries, though my son said his breakfast wrap center was still frozen. Mine were fine. Very quiet during the summer. I imagine it would be busy during college sports season. But a very impressive place overall."

"This is a lovely Victorian house filled with Victorian decor. Our bedroom was quaint and the bed very cozy. The gardens surrounding the house are lovely and the porch is a wonderful place to sit and relax. My only complaint is the breakfast. I expect bed-and-breakfast accommodations to offer proper home-cooked breakfast. Unfortunately this B&B offered no home cooked fresh food items. Everything is processed and wrapped in plastic including the coffee which are coffee pods and it didn’t seem...

"When we went to properthy, AC was not working ...the manager she was really good and staff tried to help us but there was no other room available and they were not able to fix issue. we were so tired and we need to change the hotel. I was not expecting this from Holiday Inn."

"This hotel is run very well and we stay several times a year at this location because of that. The rooms are very clean and it is quiet. There are great dining options within walking distance and many walking paths nearby. Everyone from the reception staff to the kitchen staff is super friendly and helpful making for a pleasant stay. The pool was out of order this time but that is usually very nice also."

"Shuttle service was not reliable. Called for airport pickup 2 days in advance. The van was there to pick up the crew, but not us. The driver did agree to take us. We were told different times the shuttle started in the morning ended up calling an Uber. The gentleman that served us breakfast was awesome. The room was big and nice."

"Currently undergoing refurbishment that, when completed, will make this a really nice hotel and great bargain. I would stay there again, but would recommend a better explanation from the front desk that the rooms - which are down a long corridor in what is essentially another building - would be more easily accessed by driving and parking near that building's door."

"The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected."

"I’ve stayed in MANY H2S it’s ll my husband and I stay in. The breakfast at the Champaign H2S was not so good. It was sloppy! Bacon on the floor, they were out of coffee and when I told the staff at the desk the coffee was gone the answer was “ok” and she never got any. I had to drink decaf that morning. She just stood there even though she had no customers around. I went to the grocery next door for a container of creamer since there was none out. The next day they refilled the creamer. I had to...
