"Very clean. No frills, for sure. And the landscaping is in terrible shape. No plants, weed barrier torn, mulch missing, but the rooms and inside are very clean. Staff is very pleasant."

"We stayed here for one night to see Megan Moroney at First Horizon coliseum. It was a 15 min walk to the coliseum to and from and we got to avoid the horror of concert parking arrivals and departures. The hotel staff was AMAZING. So helpful and kind. Room was clean and beds were comfy. I would love to stay here again next time we come out to Greensboro."

"Check in states 3pm. However, when my daughters and I arrived around 5 PM our room wasn’t even ready. We drove from the Charlotte area to Greensboro for the Megan Maroney concert. Which started at 7 PM. We were on a very tight time crunch and we did not need any further delays when we got there to check in. We were told to wait a few minutes. While I was attempting to check in, there was a drunk, leaving the bar who was looking me up and down and tried to approach me and I’m there with my three daughters. It was extremely unacceptable. Why was he served so much alcohol he was stumbling around slurring taking flowers out of the vases. I felt extremely uncomfortable and not very safe. We finally got checked in 5:15 and then we were told that the cleaning staff was still putting sheets on our beds and we needed to wait 10 minutes before heading up to our room. I said check in is at 3 o’clock we have an event that starts at 7 PM. We need to be able to get to our room and get ready when we got to the room. There was toothpaste smeared all over our bathroom door, but we didn’t have time to deal with it because we had to get ready for our event. They have a weird set up in the room like the bathroom is right in front of the beds and they have a separation wall from the two beds and a sofa area. The TV is not even very conveniently located. The bed is pushed up to the wall and you can’t even get out comfortably. Breakfast was horrible. One of the waffle irons wasn’t even working."

"Nice short stay. Room and common area were clean. Continental breakfast was decent and a good variety. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. Staff was nice and friendly. Would stay here again. Only recommendation to the hotel is to upgrade thier cable package lol."
