Nhà và căn hộ du lịch tại Sagi

"Brand new"

"Difficult check in and very poor communication when I needed help. The couches were stained and not enough toilet paper was provided. One of the bidets did not work all together. Someone entered our room while we were out and left 2 large laundry bags on the floor. Hotel reached out and stated we left the bags behind when it wasn’t ours. This was pretty concerning as we don’t know who entered our room."

"New LCT Residence is one of the most impressive high-rise buildings in Haeundae. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit, and the room offered an absolutely amazing ocean view—I thoroughly enjoyed waking up to it every day. The room was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, plus a washer and dryer, which made our stay very convenient. Parking in the basement was a bit hectic, but the incredible views and comfortable amenities made it all worth it!"

"It was a good stay."

"We had a very pleasant stay here. The location was excellent, and the room was clean, well organised and very comfortable. The amenities provided were also great, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. It did take us a little while to work out where to find the English version of the information provided, so this could perhaps be made a little clearer for international guests. "Overall very good but check in desk is too far and change elevator many times . It is very difficult experience for foreigner .."

"It was hard to find the entrance as there is no sign for the hotel. You have to enter through one of the doors and find elevator #102 and go to the 3rd floor to find the check in desk. House keeping is every 5 days which is ok on your own but of your with children it could help an issue. I would definitely go back. Beautiful property and stunning views of the ocean. Friendly check in staff 😊👍"
