"We read reviews as to what to expect, and we got exactly that. The stand out the member of staff was Jose, who was head and shoulders above other members of the Hotel team. The initial room had a stench about it when we first walked in, but given the room has quite nice views, we decided to put the smell down to the room perhaps not being aired, so decided not to say anything. "Unfortunately we seem to have been given the worst unit despite all the others being empty! No heater, broken shower head, shower draining too slowly to cope with the flow, table dangerously unstable, toilet consistently running, bench sofas which weren’t comfortable at all. "

"The property and pool are both very nice and the views are amazing. The room we had was very dated, the bed was low and quite hard, there was no shower curtain so water sprayed all over the bathroom, and there was a slight smell of sewage coming from the toilet area.
