"I highly recommend these accommodations! Everything was exactly as expected, except better! The location is wonderful, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. But what really makes this property is the staff. This was my first time in Europe and thanks to a hearing loss I don’t speak any Spanish. My luggage didn’t arrive with me at the airport so I was in need of toiletries. Not only did the front desk person explain to me where I could go within walking distance he walked me halfway...

"Habe die Unterkunft erst einen Tag vorher gebucht. Kommunikation bei Rückfragen im Vorfeld war top und ebenso vor Ort. Zimmer war sehr funktional, hätte aber etwas sauberer sein können. Leider fehlte die Tür im Bad. Für mich alleine und für eine Nacht okay, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt und vor allen Dingen mit einer zweiten Person nicht so toll. Dachterrassen waren top!"

"It was during the gay games, so a bit pricey. The drain for the room is blocked need to look at it. The hand wash soup was empty had to asked for it. We stayed whole week, there’s no offer fresh towels and bedding. My friend stayed next door, AC is leaking, informed then first day, the staff was friendly and came right away. But it didn’t get fix during our stay. Room is more suitable for two persons, more than that is very cramp. But over still decent stay!"
