"Staff somewhat aloof. Not sure what their roles were. One person spoke English. Difficult to communicate requests. The other staff were a bit stand offish, never engaging or smiling. Made for a bit of discomfort. I don't think the rooms/tent are hardly ever cleaned out. Bottled water in the tents on arrival were never replaced after the first day. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with lots of options and is worth having a great breakfast before going on with your day activity. Room are clean and Ihab the housekeeper was awesome taking care our room. Had a great stay."

The location along the Nile is beautiful, the atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Our room was comfortable, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the Nile. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices and fresh, delicious food. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. Overall, Hilton Cairo Grand Nile provided us with a memorable and enjoyable stay.
