"The staff was really helpful. Our initial room had problems with AC and TV and was a bit dusty but the staff moved us to another room. Kitchen staff was very nice and made the breakfast ready in minutes during our stay, food was good too although we were eating out in the city mostly. We communicated with Google translate and staff seems to be very good with it. Cats were friendly. Overall it was a great stay. :)"

"The receptionist was very incompetent. We were given a fully booked room advertised as a sea view on Expedia, but none of the rooms had a sea view. The curtains didn't close the window, and the elevator lacked two buttons for going up and down. The pool was very small, with insufficient sun loungers, and the staff were very young and inexperienced."

"The hotel was flooded by heavy rain and the elevator was out of service and the seats were wet and the reception was also flooded and there were no guests seats to set on it at the reception during registration process not to mention that the room door locking system was not available and the two manual room keys that I had received were like the master key that opens any of the doors. Which means non secure doors."
