"Great service from the front desk staff. They went out of their way to ensure guests had a full experience in Saint Emilion.
Lovely old building in the middle of the old town.

"Beautiful chateaux - and excellent location in terms of proximity to Saint Emilion. Rooms were great and staff were extremely helpful. Big call out to Veren in the restaurant and wine bar - very attentive, funny and a great ambassador.
One suggestion would be for the hotel to run a shuttle bus to Bordeaux a couple of time a day - either free or for a charge - Uber was about €120 into the city albeit much cheaper coming back - would be a nice touch if the hotel wanted to consider it.
Overall a fantastic stay - thank you and would recommend it without hesitation (check out the frogs in the lake too - a real frog chorus!)"
"We loved our stay at Chateau Latour Segur and would stay there again. It is a beautiful property with great accommodations. The owner, and her menagerie of pets, made for a truly unique experience and made the stay even more interesting."
"Had a lovely stay at this charming hotel in Saint-Émilion. The property is beautifully, peaceful, and perfectly located for exploring the village and surrounding vineyards.
A special thank you to Annesophie and Audrey, who made the experience even more memorable with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. They were incredibly helpful, welcoming and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect!

"We got to the chateau late in the afternoon. When we arrived Jeremy was very amicable and helped us with our luggage and explanation on how to enter the chateau. Emmanuelle gave us some very good restaurant suggestions near by to the chateau. It was such a great and unique experience spending the night at the chateau. We were given the Master room with the adjoining room for our son to sleep in. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great! We got to walk the grounds for an evening stroll. The next day, breakfast was excellent. Felt like royalty for a day! "
