"Lovely quiet room , apart from guests slamming doors from 6.30am onwards. All friendly staff except for the night porter. Lift out of action for majority of 4 day stay, making it very difficult for elderly guests climbing up around 80 steps to the 3rd floor.Breakfast is basic, only fruit for vegans ..."

"There is no laundry facilities. No washer or dryer. La buanderie only has extra towels, soaps, etc… this is lost in translation. We were disappointed as we were half way thru our trip and booked this thinking we could do our laundry."
