"Mixed bag of a stay but cool property with a lot of potential to be better! Stayed here on a final night in Marseille as we had an early morning train and the ability to walk to the station is tough to beat (Warning: it is quite an uphill trek and crossing a large road to the nearest street-level entrance to St. Charles Station, or you can navigate the massive stairs if you wish…). Check-in was chaotic as we had a lot of luggage due to a long trip and despite the internet saying the hotel has a...

"Stay away from this hotel. If staying here more than 1 day stay away book something better closer to port. The area outside of hotel is sketchy prostitutes and homeless surround this area. For some odd reason the cleaning staff enters the hotel room even if do not disturb sign is out. Happened once when I was in hotel room and heard someone trying to enter with no knock which triggers a little bit of red flags of what intentions the cleaning crew had. Second time the hotel room was cleaned with...

"We arrived early and the desk attendant was happy to hold our bags while we returned our rental car. We were happy to be able to order pizza and drinks, as we had missed breakfast and lunch that day. Dinner was a nice attempt at providing an upscale dining experience. Unfortunately, the steak was too tough to cut and the replacement, although tasty, was also tough. They were very apologetic and agreed to take 1/2 off the dinner bill. The breakfast was ok, but the best bet we had, since...

"Very spacious and clean. Excellent fitness room. Very nice grounds, especially for bring so close to the airport. Nice large pool area. Very convenient shuttle to and from the airport.
Did not care for the minimalist shower enclosure- floor got quite wet.
No coffee/ tea pot in room (there was supposed to be one), but we were allowed free coffee from the restaurant in the morning.
A bit pricey, but very convenient to airport."

"This is an interesting place to stay with some pros and cons. First, the positives. The location is outstanding, overlooking the marina. It is within walking distance to many good restaurants and the major historical sites. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The included continental breakfast was good and the orange juicer was a nice touch. As for the cons, which were not really a problem unless you have mobility issues, or need to stay at 5-star hotels. FIrst, you have to walk up...
