"This was the worst rental I've ever had . I reserved"

"I booked this property and the night before I received a regret message basically telling me that the booking was cancelled for unforeseen circumstances. Then stated I would be booked to an equally "similar unit." Long story short I fail for the scam. I agreed and was booked in a place that had nets flying around, no hot water, sliding door to balcony was shattered and I was charged a cleaning fee and service fee so the cost went up $235 more! The place wasn't even clean my socks were filthy...

"The apartment is very small. Furniture are very dirty. Roaches was all over the apartment. When we got to the apartment and contacted the owner they keep hanging up on us. When they do respond to us they told us to follow behind any car that can open the main gate to the complex. They charged us 10000JMD for cleaning fee when we got inside the apartment.
