"The room smelled like unwashed person so they opened the windows. That caused the room to be cold. The heat was controlled by them and it took a long time for the room to warm up. "There were some bugs in the room, spiders mainly. The standard could be higher especially as a Ramada which is supposed to have a higher standard. The beds were not as comfortable and the hotel was a bit outdated. The best part of the stay was the staff, who were extremely helpful, kind and efficient. The hotel is one of the better hotels in Cornwall and corporate can stand to upgrade the facilities at large."
