"Very clean and in great location. Sue is a very professional and friendly host. If we are in the area again would definitely stay here again. Oh, great coffee at breakfast"

I was also on the third floor, with my toddler which would have been fine however the carpet was really thick and my suitcases got stuck and coming out the lift there were 4 steps down and back up to navigate. I would 100% stay again, but would just request a room on the bottom floor.
