"We had pets and the front desk was not very helpful with where to take them outside. And all of the grass around the property has been treated with chemicals so not ideal for dogs. The main reason for the bad review is I booked and cancelled and they rebooked the same reservation (we had a doc appt and the timing changed and they changed back) and even though it was within 24 hours, mgmt did not agree to a refund so we had to pay twice for the room. "2 nuits au Times, la chambre sur le côté rue, il y avait un dj sur la terrasse de lautre bâtiment c'était comme si le dj était fans notre chambre jusqu'à 3h am. Sinon, déjeuner très cher pour ce qu'il y a. Les toilettes communes au rdc n'était vraiment pas propre et la piscine, il faisait froid et l'eau était froide. Côté positif... le resto en face de l'hôtel pour déjeuner et pour souper!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and it was nice to have easy access to two different delicious restaurants. The only issue was how slow the elevators were. We chose to take the stairs at one point which was tricky with all our luggage and being on the 7th floor. Other than the elevators, it was a perfect stay"

"La chambre était très propre, malheureusement c'est la salle de bain qui en était tout autre. Nous avons mentionné à la réception à notre départ. C'était propre, mais joint de céramique à refaire, le côté de baignoire était tout magané à cause de fuite d'eau et pommeau de douche qui fuyait. Outre que cela le reste était bien. Personnel accueillant et aucun problème si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Resto tout près et motel situé au centre vers plusieurs petits attraits."

Lumière dans la salle de bain clignote. Spa vieillot avec rampe brisée. Les jets ne fonctionnaient pas. Le soir les lumières où la piscine est située ne fonctionnaient pas non plus."
