"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

"I am shocked that the Inn at the Beach has 9.8 stars. The location was the best feature, close to the beach and walkable to downtown.
We arrived to a room filled with black hair all over the bathroom, a cockroach on the floor, and a smell that lasted the whole weekend. We politely told the front desk and they re-cleaned the room but there was still black hair everywhere. We were told the reason for the smell was the sprinklers were on earlier in the day. My family and I just returned from our 4th of July weekend stay at this resort, and we had a wonderful time!
The only downside was the parking. It can be a bit confusing and overwhelming, especially if you have a large truck like we do. Finding a parking spot was challenging, but we eventually found one close to our room.

"We loved this place! It was so pretty with walk ways and the murals painted on the sides of the villas. My only complaint was we didn’t have a washer and dryer in our unit and the place to wash our stuff only had one set of machines. Even with that complaint I would definitely go back. The staff were super friendly and the location was perfectly close to everything."
