Lovely hotel. It’s very nice that they have a complimentary shuttle into town and a symbiotic relationship with their sister property in town, Le Normandy. Be sure to check out live piano music there on the weekend. Beware that they don’t speak any English at this property, which I found surprising for a four star.

We have lived here before but now it is getting very worn. No AC so the room gets very hot. Charges extreme overcharges, seems to be a thing of the past. Quite a few guests. Good but small gym, good pool and a good golf course. The food average, try down in the village instead.

This property is amazing, first thing first it really nice, we arrived late night and trust me it’s worth it for the eyes. The staff on all level is awesome, super friendly and available for you, the rooms are big and have all the amenities you expect from those kind of hotels, easy parking, easy transportation to the center of Deauville and back to the hotel thanks to their shuttle that runs for a large part of the day and night, if you like golf there is a whole green as part of the hotel. The craziest part of it is that when I booked I thought it was a 5 stars hotel but he is actually just a 4 stars but with much much better service and quality that you could get in most 5 stars hotels. .The only inconvenience I could state would be maybe a bigger, more advanced gym but thats about it

Meh.

The hotel itself is lovely with the horse and golf decor. The beds were very comfortable, but the rooms have no AC, which was an issue on these very hot days. Housekeeping was inconsistent. When I checked in, the coffee station had dirty spoons and saucers. Over the next few days, only half of the coffee supplies were replenished, and the cups/spoons/saucers were never replaced, so I had to wash them in the bathroom. One day, when I had the DND on the door because I didn't require anything, there was an additional tag that said to come to the front desk. I went, and the receptionist looked at me like I was insane. Overall, the receptionist and main restaurant servers were quite chilly to us. The bartenders were wonderful. We had a very subpar dinner at the restaurant one night- very expensive, but not great food at all. The property is not really walkable to much so you are forced to taxi to the town or restaurants. Also, I had pre-paid my reservation, and my colleagues, and they still tried to double charge me when I checked out. When they processed the refund, the amount was less because of exchange rates, so I did end up paying more. We would not stay here again when we are back in the area.

Le cadre et l’établissement sont agréables. Le service « Barrière » est là cependant la formation du personnel de salle est à perfectionner notamment pour le petit déjeuner. Il manque un chef de salle attentif. La machine à café à capsules est à remplacer par une machine à grain beaucoup plus simple et fiable. Dans les améliorations les ascenseurs qui sont très petits et du coup vite un problème aux heures de pointe… On reviendra tout de même avec plaisir.
