The room was freezing, and the staff didn't care.It was -20c outside and got colder through the night. Also, the windows are not well insulated. The floor, even with the carpet was freezing. Staff told me the system was " resetting" and told me not to touch the heating system and they lower the temperature, ...

Easy check in and check out, free breakfast. But the pool heater was broken which wasn’t said on Expedia as we only booked this hotel specifically for the pool it was upsetting.
