"An amazing location and a beautiful building. The hotel staff were also incredible, going above and beyond to help me with a poorly timed dental emergency. Thanks to Betty! Friendly and helpful in every way. Our only concern was to let potential guests know that you can be up three flights of winding medieval staircase plus in your room your bed maybe on a mezzanine, one more flight of narrow steps. If you have any infirmity this might be too much!"

"We really enjoyed our stay, a clean, refurbished, large bedroom and a lovely bar. Cedric at the reception was very helpful. The car parking in the back garage was good. The Location is handy, as it is near lots of lovely restaurants."

Aussi notre chambre avait une odeur desagreable ,la personne de la reception nous en a donner une autre .2eme probleme resolu . "We’ve stayed at the Cep many times and it never lets us down. The welcome is always so friendly, the location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Beaune, and having secure parking is a real bonus. The rooms are always comfortable, which makes it feel like coming back to a favourite place."

"Anne was outstanding. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and well taken care of. It would’ve been nice to have had access to a communal fridge and easier access to the secure bicycle area. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay.
