"I highly recommend this property for its excellent location, which sits just steps away from the main street and fantastic restaurants. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the staff is wonderful and accommodating. My only caveat is the lack of an elevator, which may be a consideration for some guests."

"Staying here, right in the center of Aix en Provence was a terrific choice. The room was delightful, including wonderful air conditioning on a very hot evening. The staff was terrific, welcoming us early into the restaurant for our complimentary glass of champagne and helping us find a great food tour for the next day. Breakfast, which was included with the room rate was fantastic. I would highly recommend this great property and their delightful staff for your time in Aix en Provence!"

As a first time visitor having a concierge available would have been helpful. "夜12時近くの飛行機でマルセイユ空港に到着。ホテルの案内にはシャトルバスは5時から12時まで可能、と書いてあったが、ピックアップポイントの呼び出しボタンを鳴らしても、フランス語の自動音声しか流れず、フロントに繋がらなかった。事前に、エクスペディアのメッセージ機能で、夜11時以降の到着便で来るが、シャトルバスを問題なく使えるか問い合わせていたが、回答はなかった。 多分、12時近い到着では、シャトルバスは使えないと考えていた方がよい。フランス語だけでなく、英語での自動音声も欲しかった。翌朝の空港までのシャトルバスは問題なく使えた。"
