"An expensive mistake met with appalling customer service.
I was booking many hotels via Expedia for our month-long trip in France, and accidentally made a duplicate reservation for two rooms for two nights at Brit Hotel Dieppe through Expedia.
I accept that the booking mistake was mine. What extremely disappointed me deeply was the handling of my request for help.
When I spoke with the manager, she told me that because I had booked through Expedia, I needed to seek a refund from them....

Gang sehr dunkel. Tür lässt sich nicht abschließen. Übernachtung abgebrochen und wo anders übernachtet. Nicht zu empfehlen. Leider das schlechteste Hotel während der Rundreise. Frühstück und Parken ok."
