"Our room 322 was at a terrible location if the hotel. Bed was not up to a King size as promised and the noise at night all night was terrible. We both told the staff this morning when chow king out that the construction noise in the laneway at 3,4, 5 am every night for 4 nights was unacceptable. She basically said so sorry and offered no recourse to anything for the inconvenience. I’m ve stayed there many time in the boat few months and weeks as it is an excellent location to the Habs games. Been to many in the past few months and have stayed at Novotel every time. A total of 25 +nights thus far this year only. This hotel experience was terrible this time around. "
