"Coco Reef benefits from an excellent location, near the midpoint of the island, situated on a lovely private beach. it also has reasonably good restaurant facilities. However, we had tremendous trouble, controlling the temperature in our room; either too hot or too cold. We brought this to the attention of the front desk, but it was never repaired. We also had to dispatch to very large cockroaches. The property seems to be lagging somewhat in terms of maintenance. Ice machines were on the fritz."

"Staff was wonderful. Food was pretty good. The resort needs a big renovation. Our air conditioner was spilling water onto our floor. There was some strange ceiling leak over the bed that every time it rained (always at night) we ended up with drops on our heads. Maintenance had no idea where it was coming from.
