"Ar condicionado não estava funcionando e a recepção só me disse "desculpe mas não podemos fazer nada, o hotel está cheio". O berço de bebê estava quebrado e sujo nas laterais, da pior marca sem colchão. O hotel é pet friendly mas não é baby friendly. O café da manhã é pobre, o local cheio de moscas ..."
