"One has to experience staying at a Chateaux once in a lifetime. Thank you for a wonderful experience"

"Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean and newly done. The property was beautiful, but rundown. It was out in the country"

"Bien dans l’ensemble le personnel n’est pas très accueillant sauf le dîner du soir les chambres sont très bien il manque de produits d’hygiène produit douche pas exemple Dans l’ensemble c’est un bon rapport qualité prix"

"Very friendly staff and a warm welcome for us and our bikes on arrival and we appreciated the option of having dinner on site as it was pouring rain. The dinner was excellent and tasty even though not cooked on the premises. We appreciated the use of the kettle downstairs in the lobby but would have like one in the room. We had a problem during our stay and the staff member Tom went above and beyond to help us - he was polite, understanding and everything you could wish for. Great shower and...

"Bon accueil très professionnel et sympathique. L'hôtel mérite peut-être un petit rafraîchissement . Bon petit déjeuner ."

"The room was spacious and clean. I didn’t use the pool gym or spa. Th hotel was a long way from Tours ,in the middle of nowhere, accessible by very confusing roads needing satellite navigation."

"Air conditioning did not work at all"

"Second stay here. 2 nights on the way from Calais to Perigord. Lovely rooms, food and drink. Not cheap but worth it. AC very welcome especially for our ageing Labrador! Pool really good. Not much to do in the village but plenty nearby."

"Chambre très agréable, bonne literie, grand écran de TV, boissons chaudes à dispo. Buffet pour le diner avec du choix. Petit-dejeuner non testé. Personnel très agréable. Emplacement pratique"

"Personnel au top et chambre spacieuse et propre. Rien à redire."

"Un endroit magique !"

"The hotel is good overall. But I had a bumpy check-in on the first day. When I arrived around 9:20pm, the hotel front door was locked and dark inside. I knocked on the door and there was no answer. And it's on a very small and quiet street. I waited and waited, until a local lady passed by - from whom I asked for help, Luckily she found the number to call and helped me connect to the reception, and I was able to check in. I wish there were better solutions available for late arrivals."

"Service at dinner was poor. Food was excellent"

"Convenient hotel in the center of Tours, helpful friendly staff, parking available, breakfast with good variety."
