"Great location and staff! Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and breakfast simple but very good. A little maintenance needed on toilet seat (loose) and there is a slight odor at the entrance rug but otherwise all good and I would definitely stay here again. Location is very close to the train station!"

Good communications on door and key codes.

The room had no air conditioner, so we had to opened the windows

"I simply loved my stay at the Hotel Fuerst Bismarck.It is very reasonably priced and the staff is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was an additional 19 Euro per person but absolutely worth it. The hotel is located across from Hamburg Main Station in a safe and centrally located area. The Alster is only a short walk away as well as the fun district of St. Georg with lots of little bars, bistros and restaurants. If you want to visit Museum Ballinstadt - which you should! - you can get...

"Sehr nettes Personal, leider war das Zimmer nicht so toll an sich war es sauber aber leider roch es sehr stark nach Zigaretten was total eklig war. Im Bett und im Bad waren viele Haare. Sonst war es gut eingerichtet und der Rest war auch sauber. Man konnte leider jedesmal wenn jemand die Treppe hoch ging es sehr laut im Zimmer hören. Für eine Nacht und für den Preis aber okey."
