Schöne Lage an der Aussenalster, gut zu Fuß erreichbar, 5 min ab Hauptbahnhof. Sehr gute Doppelfenster, trotz lauter Strasse ist im Zimmer davon nichts zu hören. Toller Service, ich werde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

The hotel is beautiful and it's right beside the lake, short walk to the small lake and the main shopping area. There's a street opposite the train station that feels a little unsettling but we soon discovered other routes to avoid it. Would definitely recommend this hotel as they seem to have thought of everything.

Es war wunderbar! Meine Bucket-List..... die Hotelbar ist eine Sensation... und das Check-in war hervorragend. Das Hotel ist sehr Nahe am Bahnhof gelegen in eingebettet im einer schönen Umgebung. Auch viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten (Lange Reihe) sind zu Fuss erreichbar...

Wonderful hotel

Wonderful, large room with a gorgeous view over the Elb river. Great bathroom with powerful watersupply. We were met by a nice and service minded guy who vallet parked our car and took our luggage to the room in 2 minutes. Really great hotel.
