My biggest complaint was that the WiFi (and hence smart tv) did not work in the room, and we were told that was just how it was. After that I slept in the car from midnight to 4... I will not return to this establishment.. I would have asked for a room change but the reception closes at 11pm and there is no one there until 5am.."
