"O atendimento foi muito bom! O recepcionista francês, falava inglês e espanhol e se esforçava para o português! A Localização é ÓTIMA! Local com vários bares, inclusive um bem na frente do Hotel. A limpeza estava OK, o que deixou a desejar foi a água do banho que estava morna e como era um dia muito frio em Toulouse acabou ficando desagradável."
