My only negative is that we weren’t given any information at check in and there are some hidden extras - for example breakfast is not included in the price and is €25 per person per day, we were not told this in advance and so the €150 on our room at the end of the stay was a bit of a shock. "The hotel is very convenient for access to the airport and a short distance from the lake and the old part of Geneva."

"Easy access to Geneva Airport, and a 5min walking distance to trams to the city in 15mins or so. Free shuttle to the airport every 20mins everyday. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was very good."

"No a/c! I booked based on advertised air conditioning; however, I arrived to discover it’s not available in April! Even though it’s close to 80F! I think guests should be able to have a/c when it’s hot. Quite frustrating."
