"We were assigned a room where elevator doesn’t reach by the terrace. No one told us during check in or were we asked if it was okay, given we had to carry our suitcases via stairs.
Cabinet was scratched and door was coming off.
Upon complaining, no action was taken apart from “oh sorry, we will note it”
I asked for a print out of my bill upon checkout, and the staff provided a sarcastic remark which I didn’t appreciate at all.

"The hotel staff were excellent, helpful and friendly.
The view from our room was to a back alley with the neighbouring property trash everywhere. Skewed the overall feeling of cleanliness of the hotel stay.
Bedding from the pull out couch were all torn up.
Other than that it is a great location. Close to the train station and great restaurants."

"空港からバスでホテルに行きましたが、バス停がホテル前にありとても便利でした。近くに飲食店もたくさんあります。
部屋も広く、バストイレもキレイでした。スタッフも親切でした。
