"The property and facilities are amazing (beautiful, confortable and clean). One of the most beautiful hotel I stayed in. However, I think the staff is not very experienced (or understaffed). I was at the patio by myseld during the afternoon and the waitress never came to me (but she did served other tables around) so I had to go to the bar to order my glass of wine. This is very disappointing. Also, there was a miscommunication between the day and night staff at the lobby so they tried to charge...

"Trésor beau séjour. Il est dommage que le GPS ne nous conduise pas vraiment à l'hôtel et nous arrête en début de rue et nous affiche arrivée. Nous avons tourné un moment avant d'y arriver en utilisant l'itinéraire sur votre application. L'hôtel se trouve au fond de la rue qui est assez longue et non pas dès l'entrée dans celle-ci. "

"One of the loveliest stays we have experienced in a unique place. The peniche is exquisite and cosy. Some people might not like sharing the common spaces with other guests. However, we had the place to ourselves 2 nights in a row and met lovely people at the breakfast table. A place like no others.
