"There was no hot water in the shower, no lights in the hallway, bathroom sink or kitchen, the kitchen stove did not work and was rusted, there was a broken washing machine in the kitchen, no lights in the bathroom (I had to take a cold shower in the dark), the patio door didn't lock, the air conditioners filter was completely clogged. "Let me start with the property was very nice including the apartment we stayed in. Very modern and tastefully decorated. Location of this property was perfect as we were visiting family and it was close by. To pay for the cleaning fee prior to check in was a little challenging; when traveling with a cell phone you are unable to pay using the link they provide. We were able to pay cash onsite which helped. I would like to focus on the false advertising of guest laundry, there is no guest laundry...

"I love the fact that it’s a good family place to stay , with good parking , you feel at home when you are there it’s like a home away from home , my only problem was one room wasn’t fully AIR conditions and the summer was really hot but they did have enough fans , I would give them a 9 and a half outta 10 ,,, the next half is for the room that wasn’t fully AC but I love it , environment was quiet."

"I can’t lie, checking in was hectic and I didn’t even know the address of the place until the day of the trip. During check-in the host didn’t seem to want to tell me exactly where my stay was and then told me later on that they still needed to clean because if the previous guest checked out late.
