"La chambre était très bien,bon rapport qualité prix le problème c'est vous ! vous mettez en avant le spa et nous avons choisi pour ça nous faisons faire plus de kilomètres sachant qu'il n'y a plus de spa depuis plus d'un an suite à un incendie ! malgré le signalement par l'établissement vous ne changez pas l'annonce !donc vous trompez les clients."

"Excellent quality accommodations. Unfortunately my room’s location was noisy from the tram bell below and the elevator and staircase door. Barking dog in the hotel throughout the evening. Ask for a quiet room. "

"Great staff, well designed compact rooms, beautiful courtyard. The kitchen could have some more utencils included, i.e. a towel. Ledge at bed headboard is very useful for charging electronics. But the bed needs side tables for water or coffee. Just a suggestion :-) The restaurant was very good."
