"Hier soir à 20h30, nous nous sommes présentés au Gîte des Mésanges (réservation n° 72069561495744).
À notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous a informés ne jamais avoir reçu de confirmation de réservation de la part d’Hotels.com.
En conséquence, le logement n’était absolument pas prêt pour nous accueillir : travaux non terminés et gîte non chauffé.
Nous nous sommes ainsi retrouvés le soir du réveillon, sans logement, accompagnés de notre enfant de 3 ans, situation totalement inacceptable et...

"We arrived after a very long journey and the welcome we received from Charlotte was amazing! She was so helpful and kind in making sure we had everything we needed! The accommodation was super clean and comfortable. And I don't know where to start with the homemade breakfast - we all ate so much as it was all really tasty and fresh. We will definitely stay here again when travelling through France!"
