"I recently returned from a 2 night stay. The hotel is old grandeur but hasn’t been maintained for years. We arrived and the bathroom hadnt been cleaned and there were wet used towels still there. We had to ask for tea/coffee facilities - the plugs weren’t working and if we needed to speak to reception ..."
