"The property has no one on site, so if you need anything there is no one. Its like a house share, but upscale- you are sharing a house with strangers. There was no hot water for tea. Our outlets in our room didn't work- we tried the switches on the wall. Otherwise it is beautiful place comfy beds, clean and interesting."

"Breakfast was fine. Staff excellent. Bed was supposed to be queen size but was smaller than standard queen. And the mattress in our room was not CK gift able- room 106. Our major complaint was that no one told us the rooms are only done up every other day. Yes, there was a tiny print sticker on the bathroom mirror which was barely legible and only read after-the-fact. To make your guests experiences better, staff should tell us at registration. Also, no perks given for being a Hilton member....

"The hotel was in a convenient location to downtown. They were in the midst of renovations, but did a great job of protecting guests from that. The breakfast could have been a little more varied, but it was unique to have a bagel bar (if I’m remembering correctly)."
