"We got an upgrade and we got to stay in the Grand Suite. Beautiful and spacious room. Unfortunately the night we stayed seems like the aircon vent was not working probably and was making a lot of noise! One other thing I did not like was the shower water pressure, very non existent. Im very grateful for the upgrade but it would have been an amazing stay without these issues! Staff were friedly and accommodating. "

"Great location within the walls of St Malo. Lots of dining options close by. Bathroom in the room we stayed in was divided into 2, with toilet on one side of room and sink with shower on the other side. It adds flexibility but means walking around the room a lot. Pleasant and friendly staff."

"Ayant séjourné dans la plus part des hotels de Saint-Malo , je peux affirmer que c'est l'un des meilleurs ! Accueil impeccable, à la réception, dans les chambres ou au petit déjeuner ! Situation géographique idéale pour visiter la ville, au centre des murailles. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables ! La piscine et la salle de sport sont un plus très appréciable..(la piscine peut être privée pour un moment très romantique). Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Je recommande vivement...

"Location brilliant, good staff and room spacious. Could have done with shower curtain on bath, and bedside lights, and the curtains didn't quite shut properly, but it was very clean, lovely big comfy bed, free coffee and water, replenished daily and really good bathroom size and hot water whenever wanted."
