"I feel that my say at residhome was just ok.
Reception was lovely and greeting was prompt.
mattress and bedding were good.
The room felt a bit like a hospital room, really bright white lights, bathroom shower gel was empty, toilet seat cover was broken.

It was convenient to stay there while visiting my daughter at university but would have preferred to stay at the Westin if it was not fully booked.

No air conditioning on the hottest day of the year and we weren’t told or was it even discussed on check in. apparently nothing the could do because the system was down. I should have noticed something when all the doors on the bottom level were open for air flow.

"Odd check in process. Took a little bit to figure out where to go and eventually found the office but there was no staff present. Stood in the hallway with another pair of guests and about 10 minutes later staff came back to handle check in.
