"Beach view was amazing!"

"Overall the resort is fine. Very limited options for alcohol (well rum & vodka, one beer on tap, crappy wine). There is a grocery store about a 5 min walk away that has a full selection so worst case you stock up there. The bar staff were open to refrigerating bottles of wine for us as well. Being gluten free, eating was difficult! Breakfast was good- omelet bar and fruit were always available. But lunch and dinner there were very limited choices, usually rice and veggies. There is also only hot drip coffee available at the resort. However, there is a restaurant right in the Harbour/ marina called Fat Urchin that has an espresso machine with lattes and cappuccinos! Beach was amazing!! Not too crowded, always somewhere to sit and beautiful sand. There are always clean beach towels available. Overall, it’s a good deal for the cost. But if you’re picky like me or have diet restrictions you might want to hit the grocery store or eat off premise for meals. Definitely recommend doing a snorkeling excursion Mystique. The staff were amazing and it offered great views of the island with plenty to eat and drink! "

"The pool and ocean view were the highlights of the property. The food was average at best. The location was somewhat isolated, you had to take a cab to go off site to eat other that Mama Mia's which was next door and decent. The front desk and cleaning staff were outstanding. The restaurant and bar staff were not as friendly. We did not do the all-inclusive but did eat at the restaurant a couple times and went to the pool bar a couple times. Each time at the bar the bartender tried to add things to the bill that we did not order, so beware and review your bill carefully. In addition the second time we ate lunch the waiter brought a bill that wasn't ours for us to pay. Once again, pay attention to your bills. Overall, the location was beautiful and the facilities, pool chairs, etc were nice. Food not great and location a little isolated if you are planning to do things off site, like eating out and shopping, etc. but overall we had a nice stay. "

"Private pool was beyond amazing. Nothing is near by. So rent a car or have cab money. The food was awful. Bring PENTLY of snacks. "

"The ocean front suite was extremely clean and spacious. The bathrooms were very modern. The gym was very well outfitted and both pools were beautiful. The access to Prickly Pear island was a very nice feature of the property. "

"Arrived at 10AM for check-in, although Many others were provided rooms before 3pm, we were delayed until 3:30Pm, and then provided a room with single bed, when double beds specifically reserved, and requested at check-in. Waited 3 hours for mattress for sofa to be delivered. Dinner reservations made with front desk, and confirmed. Were actually Not made with the restaurant, and again we waited extended period. Hotel is Nice, service was terrible. "
