The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast experience, as we felt the hotel does not manage the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area well when there are many guests. "This is a lovely and very convenient hotel to Old Montreal and yet it's quiet and restful. Very walkable to Metro, restaurants, and shops. The room was a very pleasant surprise -- an unexpected upgrade; we really enjoyed having the extra space. Liked having the mini fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice to have continental breakfast in the lobby included, and it's good for a quick send off. "

"This is a very unique property, has all the amenities that the big boy hotels have but they have done it in a very smart way. Couldn’t get any closer to the Subway system. We just parked our car at the available parking and there and used transit for our whole stay. Love the stay and it was just steps away from the Bell Centre where we went to a concert.
