Staff and service are 5/5. Extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. Food is 4/5. Better than most all inclusives. Umi and Sizzle were both very good. The stay was ok. They just didn’t tell us about any services that the hotel offered, when we checked in. They need to work on dealing with people of color. We felt like second class guests. We were the only black people in the hotel. We booked four rooms.
