"Absolutely excellent hotel. Everything was perfect within the hotel. However, instructions on how to get into the carpark would have been very helpful! I hope that the management will address this issue."

"Room was good but lacked ventilation but it was a heatwave and staff gave me a fan. Toilet roll holder was damaged which I reported to staff. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good"
